I am advised 1 No. This is an operational matter and the Department of Land Administration (DOLA) is dealing with the proponents. Under these circumstances the matter would not normally be referred to myself. 2 No formal approval has been given. Western Power and the partners Woodside and Energy Equity have approached DOLA to be considered for a site in the industry and infrastructure zone as depicted on the Waterbank Structure Plan. Of the other West Kimberley sites DOLA is not aware if preferred sites have been finalised. 3 Not applicable 4 No, this is an operational matter and is in the hands of DOLA. 5 No, there is no requirement for the Minister for Lands to speak to the Minister for Energy. 6 Not applicable
