Just look at the way agriculture is
advancing. The Leader of the Opposition should go over to the other side of the
Darling scarp and have a look at what is happening in agriculture today.

facilities at Kensington are outmoded, they are inefficient and they are
over-staffed. We are setting up a modern agriculture and food agency to deal
with the challenges of today. Members opposite should go back to the 1960s.
