(a) The Matt Dann Centre is normally closed during the Christmas vacation period. However, due to mould and cyclone damage, the Centre was closed until 19 February 2012 to enable remedial works to be undertaken.
(b) $135 000 has been budgeted to undertake these repairs.
(c) A formal licence agreement exists between the Minister for Education and the Town of Port Hedland regarding the operation and shared-use of the Matt Dann Centre. The existing licence will expire on 5 June 2021.
