AnswerView source ↗

I thank the member for some notice
of the question. I provide the following answer on behalf of the Minister for
Child Protection.
(1)–(2) The
first draft of the framework for guiding responses to harmful sexual behaviours
in children and young people in the WA child protection service system was
completed on 4 August 2021. This work is being led by the WA Centre for the Pursuit of Excellence in Responding to
Child Abuse and Neglect in partnership with the Department of
Communities.
It is anticipated that the framework
will be completed by the end of 2021. A copy of the framework will be tabled at
the next sitting of Parliament following its finalisation.
