I refer the minister to the 2009-10 budget paper No 2 and the section titled “Fisheries”. (1) Has any appropriation been made to cover any possible future compensation payments or fisheries adjustments for future marine parks in fish habitat areas? (2) If yes to (1), where can the allocation be found in the budget papers? Hon NORMAN MOORE
