(1) The nomination of sugar gum trees in Guildford was received by the Office of Heritage on 22 January 2010. The nomination was from the Guildford Association.
(2) The Heritage Council's Register Committee considered the nomination on 26 March 2010. After careful consideration the Committee resolved that the trees should not be considered in isolation, but as part of a wider Guildford heritage precinct. The Guildford Association was advised of the decision and that it would be consulted through the assessment process.
(3) Not applicable.

(5) No decisions have been made by the Minister with regard to the sugar gums in Guildford.
