(1) Has the ministerial contract for services for engagement
of Mr Robert Taylor been finalised?
(2) If yes to (1) —
(a) what
remuneration will Mr Taylor receive and what is the start and end date of his
appointment;
(b) what position will Mr Taylor hold
and to which minister will he report;
(c) will Mr Taylor be required to
sign a confidentiality agreement;
(d) on what date did negotiations for
the appointment commence; and
(e) has Mr Taylor
been contracted through a company or as an individual; and, if as a company,
what is the name of that company?

Solutions Pty Ltd—Mr Robert Taylor—has been engaged to provide
communication services to the Treasurer from 2 December 2013 until 15 May 2014.
Details of the contract will be available on Tenders WA, and costs reported in
the six-monthly consultants' reports. The contract with Mr Robert
Taylor includes confidentiality provisions that are consistent with other
ministerial contracts for services.
