Has the Department of Corrective Services conducted any recent reviews into the visitation procedures at any prison or detention centre, and if so: (a) did the review identify the provision of Styrofoam cups in visitation rooms as a possible vehicle for the smuggling of contraband; (b) has the Department implemented any change in policy to introduce transparent cups in visitation rooms; (c) if so, did the review make any other recommendations for changes to be made in visitation procedures; and (d) what were these recommendations and have they all been implemented, and: (i) for those recommendations which have not been implemented, could the Minister please advise when will they be implemented?
