(a) how many employees and what activities for the Department of Health and/or Royal Perth Hospital are conducted in these buildings;
(b) who owns these buildings;
(c) what are the heritage listings and any encumbrances on these buildings;
(d) what other State heritage listed buildings are currently being operated by the Health Department or Royal Perth Hospital in this precinct;
(e) will the Minster detail any activities currently being conducted in Colonial House and Kirkman House be relocated to Fiona Stanley Hospital; and
(f) will the Minster detail any activities currently being conducted in other heritage buildings in this precinct that will be relocated to Fiona Stanley Hospital?

(c) These buildings are listed in the State Register of Heritage Places identified as part of a Heritage Precinct. The attached diagram prepared by the Heritage Council of WA (HCWA) details the Heritage Precinct.

The site is encumbered by a Memorial (F418302) lodged on the Certificate of Title by the Heritage Council of WA and Crown Grant in Trust conditions (granting the land to the owner for Hospital and Allied purposes only).
(d) Refer to attached HCWA Diagram [see tabled paper no]. Block L = Nicolay Block and Block P = Milligan House.
(e) The location of some services are still being determined but of those currently located in Colonial or Kirkman House, the Thrombosis and Haemophilia Service is expected to relocate to Fiona Stanley Hospital.
