(a) what response to the recommendations in the Wood and Grieve report did the owners of the Guildford Hotel give to the Minister;
(b) has the Minister asked the owners of the Guildford Hotel why they have not roofed the Hotel or placed any temporary protection on it to prevent the entry of rain; and
(c) have the owners of the Guildford Hotel submitted any grant or funding applications to the Heritage Council, given they have cited the economic downturn as a reason why their restoration plans have been delayed?
