(1) The Minister for the Environment and Heritage has advised that the inspection program is still under way. Over thirty premises have been inspected, and a report detailing non-compliance issues will be prepared by the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) once the program is complete. A copy of this report will be provided to the Honourable Member when it is available.
