Prostitution Act 2000
, I ask, -
(a) how many orders have been served on sex workers; and
(b) how many orders have been served on clients of sex workers?
(2) With regards to ‘move on’ orders issued in the past 12 months under part four, section 24 of the
Prostitution Act 2000
or section 27 of the
Criminal Investigation Act 2006
, I ask, -
(a) how many orders have been served on sex workers; and
(b) how many orders have been served on clients of sex workers?
(3) How many other sex work related orders or charges have been brought against sex workers?

(1-3). Western Australia Police cannot provide a response as details concerning whether a person is a sex worker, or a client of a sex worker is not required to be recorded on a Move on Notice. Accordingly this data is not entered on the Police Information Management System.
