1416. Hon KATE DOUST to the Leader of the
House representing the Minister for Finance:
(1) Did the minister have any investments or
business dealings with Darryll Ashworth prior to investing in Metier Asia?
(2) Was the minister given any assurance
that Mr Ashworth would remain involved in Metier Asia business prior to making
his investment?
(3) Was the minister aware that Metier Asia
would carry out the contracts in Asia won by Metier when he invested in Metier
Asia?
(4) If no to (3), on what basis did the minister invest in Metier Asia?
