VEHICLE REGISTRATIONS
1325. Hon PETER COLLIER to the minister representing the
Minister for Transport:
I refer to the additional cost or
interest charge of quarterly payments for vehicle licensing—registration—in
WA.
(1) What is the average cost applied to vehicle
registrations for motorists who choose to pay quarterly accounts rather
than an up-front yearly payment?
(2) How is this rate calculated and
is it cost reflective?
(3) Over the past 12 months, how
many motorists have paid vehicle registrations quarterly?
(4) Over the past 12 months, how many Seniors Card holders
or pensioners have paid their vehicle registrations quarterly?
