HON PAUL BROWN — VEHICLE SIGNAGE
649. Mr D.A. TEMPLEMAN to the Leader of
the National Party:
Before I ask my question I would
like to acknowledge the teachers and year 6 students from Riverside Primary
School in Mandurah, who dined with me today; they are wonderful.
I refer to the use of inappropriate
signage on National Party Legislative Council member Hon Paul Brown's vehicle, despite advice from the Department of
the Premier and Cabinet to remove it.
(1) Will the Leader of the National Party direct his member to remove
the signage at his own expense?
(2) If no to (1),
why should taxpayers be expected to pay for party political messaging for the
National Party?

AnswerView source ↗

(1)–(2) As
soon as that member for the Legislative Council Agricultural Region is asked by
the department to remove that signage, I will ensure that he does it.
