Attorney General representing the Minister for Corrective Services:
I refer to the minister's privately-owned vehicle
driven by a government driver.
(1) Do any of
the modifications exceed the modifications allowable under Vehicle Standards Bulletin 14?
(2) If yes to
(1), what are these modifications, and does the minister have a permit for
these modifications?
(3) Does the vehicle have electronic stability control?
(4) What is the Australasian New Car Assessment Program
rating of the vehicle?
