I refer the Minister to the Small Business Commissioner’s report into the Construction Subcontractor Investigation, page 53, and I ask will the Minister ensure that a detailed review is done into the Aveley Primary School project so a greater assessment can be made into the reasons for the apparent failure to impose the conditions identified by the Business Risk Assessment Team?

Government supports all of the recommendations of the Report and they will be implemented. Planning for the implementation of the longer term recommendations is well progressed and will be completed shortly.
