I refer to the Government's media release entitled 'Funding boost for therapeutic court programs for young people', 21st May 2024, and ask: (a) Outline the number of participants currently completing the InRoads program; (b) Outline the number of participants who have graduated the program since it's start date; (c) What is the recidivism rate of the graduates; (d) Outline the current locations of the InRoads program; (e) Per location outline: (i) Staff yearly salaries; (ii) Training costs; and (iii) Total services costs; (f) Has the Target 120 InRoads program undergone evaluation; (g) If so, will the evaluation be made public; and (h) If not, why not?

a) As at 28 November 2025 there are 14 young people participating.
b) Between April 2023 and 28 November 2025, 18 young people have graduated.
c) In respect of the graduates of the INROADS program, the Department of Justice does not have sufficient data to report on recidivism at this time, due to the length of the time the program has been running.
d) The Perth Children’s Court of Western Australia.
e) Itemised costs as requested cannot be provided. The funding approved was $8.2 million over 2024-25 and 2025-26 for the INROADS Court Pilot Program comprising of:
f) A Process Evaluation is currently being undertaken on the INROADS Court Pilot Program.
g) The evaluation has not yet been provided to the Attorney General.
h) N/A
