(a) how many officers have accepted any hospitality, invitation to an event, free accommodation or free travel from a private company or individual;
(b) what was the nature of the hospitality, event, free accommodation or free travel, and what is the name of the individual or private company that offered them;
(c) what is the estimated individual value of the hospitality, event, free accommodation or free travel; and
(d) does the agency have any commercial or financial relationship with the private company or individual, and if so, what is the nature of that commercial or financial relationship?

(a) Since 1 November 2011 to 28 March 2012, six officers from the Department of Corrective Services (the Department) have accepted hospitality, invitations to events, free accommodation or free travel from a private company or individual.
(b) Please refer to the seven items listed below for the nature of the hospitality, event, free accommodation or free travel and the name of the individual or private company:
1. Event (end of year function) - Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC).
2. Event (post Christmas luncheon) - ASG Information Technology Solutions.

4. Event (end of year function) - CSC.
5. Event (Christmas function) - CSC.
6. Event (luncheon) - Australia Post.
7. Event (dinner) - Leadership WA.
(c) The estimated individual value of the hospitality, event, free accommodation or free travel is listed below:
