I refer to the Office of the Inspector of Custodial Services (OICS) Report into an Announced Inspection of the West Kimberley Regional Prison (2017), noting that Recommendation 6 was to re-establish an Integrated Offender Management model at the West Kimberley Regional Prison and restore the
prison-based community corrections position, and ask: (a) does the Minister accept this recommendation: (i) if not, why not; (b) when will this recommendation be implemented; and (c) why are no programs being provided to female prisoners?
