The Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) advises:
(1) -(2) DFES does not hold records of fire management plans for private or public land development.  Fire Management Plans are often a condition of subdivision or development requiring notification be placed on title advising of the document.  Local Governments (in this case, the Shire of Augusta Margaret River) are required to keep a register or record of sites which have fire management plans and as such, the requested copies should be available from the Shire of Augusta-Margaret River.
