I refer to page 36 of the 2018-19 Mid Year Review and the reference to increased output from the Southern Seawater Desalination Plant and I ask, what is the expected annual cost to increase the capacity of the plant from the forecast 87 gigalitres per year to 109 gigalitres per year for the following years: (a) 2019-20; (b) 2020-21; and (c) 2021-22?
