I refer to the Government’s announced reduction in the rate of International Commission Business tax paid by Crown Ltd from 11 per cent to 8 per cent, and I ask: (a) on which date was the decision to cut the rate of International Commission Business tax made and who made it; (b) on which date, and to which party, did Crown Ltd first request the tax cut; (c) has the Minister met with Crown Ltd in relation to this tax cut; (d) if yes to (c), please outline the date, location, attendees and topics discussed at the meeting(s); (e) if no to (c), which government representatives, including ministerial staff, met with Crown Ltd over this issue; (f) please outline how much International Commission Business tax that Crown has paid the Government in 2008-09, 2009-10, 2010-11, 2011-12, 2012-13 and 2013-14; and (g) was the Gaming and Wagering Commission involved in this decision and, if so, how?
