MS KARRY SMITH
I refer to reports in The West Australian that Ms Karry Smith was offered a position in the office of the then opposition in return for her silence surrounding incidents in that office. Given these reports, has the director general reported any misconduct or suspected misconduct to the Corruption and Crime Commission, as is required under section 28 of the Corruption and Crime Commission Act 2003?
