(3) The request did not relate to a specific address.
(4) The request came in the form of separate letters to my Office and to the State Heritage Office.
(5) I replied by letter on 17 February 2014. The State Heritage Office replied by letter on 11 February 2014.

(7) The Heritage Council is considering Lot 229 James Street, Guildford (Guildford Railway Precinct) for possible inclusion in the State Register.

(10)-(11) Each year, the Heritage Council of Western Australia determines which places to prioritise for assessment so they can be considered for possible inclusion in the State Register of Heritage Places, and resources are allocated accordingly.
Places can be scheduled for assessment outside of this process at the discretion of the Executive Director on a case-by-case basis, depending on the resources of the State Heritage Office.
