(a)(i) The Panel of Inquiry are located at 111 St Georges’ Terrace, utilising vacant space at WAIRC.
(ii) Not applicable
(iii) Currently 11 staff (including Inquirer)
(iv) Stationery supplies are sourced as required.
(b) The overall budget for the Panel of Inquiry is $2.4m and the costs for (i-iv) are allocated within that.
