TALBOT to the minister representing the Minister for Environment:
I refer to the
Environmental Protection Authority.
(1) Did one
member of the EPA disclose a potential or actual conflict of interest in
relation to the Kimberley LNG precinct at the EPA meeting on 10 October 2009?
(2) Did
another member of the EPA disclose a potential or actual conflict of interest
in relation to the Kimberley LNG precinct at the EPA meeting on 26 November
2009?
(3) When the
minister signed off on delegation 22 in June 2011, was he aware of these two
disclosures?
(4) Was the
EPA chairman's determination on both these disclosures that no potential
or actual conflict of interest in the Kimberley LNG precinct existed?
(5) How many
times and on what dates did the EPA meet between 26 October 2011 and the date
in February 2012 when the minister was informed that four members of the EPA
had been determined to have a potential or actual conflict of interest in the
Kimberley LNG precinct?
(6) Did EPA
members submit disclosure of interest forms at any meeting after the meeting on
26 October 2011?
(7) If yes to
(6), will the minister table those declarations?

met on six occasions on the following dates: 26 October 2011, 10 November 2011,
