I refer to Main Roads Western Australia's
Roe request on the Tenders WA website relating to provision of stakeholder and
community engagement services.
(1) Will Perth
Freight Link, or any of the preliminary phases relating to the link's construction,
be the primary focus of the contract?
(2) What is the
expected commencement and end date of the contract for these services?

reference to ''Roe request'' is referring to a ''Panel
Contract for the Provision of Stakeholder Engagement and Community Relations
Support Services for Main Roads Western Australia'' on the Tenders WA
website. If the member wishes to provide additional clarification, I will be
most obliged to provide an answer.
(1) No.
(2) The expected
commencement date is 22 July 2016. The expected finish date is 22 July 2019
with two one-year optional extensions.
