The Minister for the Environment has provided the following response:
(1) Yes, I now seek leave to table the most recent inventory for the Brookdale Liquid Waste Treatment Facility (Attachment 1).

(3) Yes, I now seek leave to table a copy of the latest Environmental Protection Authority site audit report, dated 20 February 2003 (Attachment 2). In addition to Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) site audits, Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) inspectors regularly visit the site to ensure waste acceptance and general operating requirements are being met. As the DEP is not the regulator for this facility, these visits are not compiled into formal site inspection reports.
