I refer to the Minister’s answer in the other place to Question Without Notice No. 861, and I ask: (a) what representation was made on 12 March 2012 and what form did it take; (b) has the Minister or anyone from his office had contact or meetings concerning the former Pavilion Markets site in Subiaco outside of the representations required under the act that were outlined in Question Without Notice No. 861; and (c) If yes to (b): (i) what were the dates of the contact(s) or meeting(s); (ii) what form did the contact(s) or meeting(s) take; (iii) what was the nature or subject of discussion during the contact(s) or meeting(s); (iv) were other people present during the contact(s) or meeting(s); and (v) what were the names of all people present?

(a) A representation was made by Roberts Day Group on behalf of the owners of the site under Section 76 of the Planning and Development Act 2005, which requested that Amendment No. 18 to the City of Subiaco Town Planning Scheme No. 4 be initiated. The representation was made in accordance with the form outlined in Appendix A of Planning Bulletin 102/2010.
