(3a) The Minister only uses Government aircraft for official ministerial business. He resides in Denmark and on most occasions where the aircraft has returned without the Minister it is because he had official ministerial business in the Albany area and has remained at his home in Denmark. On six occasions the Minister has had official ministerial business elsewhere in the State or interstate and returned to Albany (home) because commercial flights were not available or impractical.

(6) There is no significant difference in the cost of operating the aircraft whether it carries passengers or not.
(7) Operational reasons agreed between the contracted operator and the Department of the Premier and Cabinet.
