I refer to today’s prison reports by the Inspector of Custodial Services, Professor Richard Harding. (1) Does the minister have confidence in Professor Harding? (2) Can the minister confirm the government’s plans to sell the Karnet Prison Farm site? (3) Given that Professor Harding, in his support for not selling Karnet Prison Farm, is reported to have said that it would be correctional and financial vandalism to throw away such an asset, does the minister still stand by her plans to sell Karnet Prison?
