I refer to a letter dated August 8 2001 reference M0100289 from the Department of Local Government and Regional Development and a complaint with supporting evidence concerning the non disclosure of an interest at a local Ordinary Council Meeting in Kalgoorlie Boulder on Monday, July 9 2001 -
(1) Has the particular councillor concerned breached the

(1) The Department of Local Government and Regional Development is in the process of conducting a preliminary inquiry to determine whether the councillor concerned has breached the Local Government Act 1995 and Regulations prescribed. (2) Is dependant on the outcome of preliminary inquiry referred to in (1) above. (3) Unable to answer until a determination is made after the completion of the preliminary inquiry referred to in (1) above. (4) Same as for (2) and (3).
