In relation to the poorly attended One Movement events and Eventscorp funding of them, I ask:
(a) has the Minister, her Ministerial office or portfolio agencies been made aware that showcase bands and other performers at One Movement were requested to pay a registration fee up front and then be fully reimbursed by One Movement for the registration fee; and
(i) is this practice included in the funding agreement between One Movement and Eventscorp;
(b) has the Minister, her Ministerial office or portfolio agencies been made aware that showcase bands and other performers at One Movement were given funding up front by One Movement conditional on that funding being used to pay a registration fee to One Movement; and
(i) is this practice included in the funding agreement between One Movement and Eventscorp;
(c) is the handover of State Government funding to One Movement triggered by self-declared registration and attendance levels; and
(d) will the Minister detail the breakdown in registration fees for One Movement of registrations paid for in full, registrations reimbursed after payment, registrations reimbursed prior to payment and gratis registrations?

(a) Eventscorp was informed by the One Movement for Music organisers that showcase bands and other performers were required to pay a registration fee for the conference component of the event. Eventscorp has not been informed by the event organisers that any registration fees were reimbursed in full.
(i) No.
(b)-(i) No.
(c) As is the case with all of Eventscorp sponsored events, all payments associated with Eventscorp's contract with One Movement Pty Ltd are milestoned against key deliverables. Milestone payments are only made to One Movement Pty Ltd once Eventscorp receives formal verification that the milestones have been achieved and, in relation to delegate registration reports, are assessed by an independent auditor.
(d) Tourism Western Australiahas advised that the abovementioned acquittal documents contain commercial information sensitive to third parties from the public and private sectors, and that the release of such information would have a significant adverse effect on its business, professional, commercial and financial affairs, as well as those of third parties.
