(1) I refer to the Government’s ‘Plan for the Pilbara’ document which was released with the 2017-2018 State Budget, and I ask: (a) would the Treasurer provide a list of the specific expenditure items which comprise the $1 billion in ‘critical infrastructure projects’, and; and (b) provide the equivalent list for the following electoral districts: (i) Geraldton; (ii) Dawesville; (iii) Joondalup; (iv) Kingsley; (v) Jandakot; (vi) Murray-Wellington; (vii) Burns Beach; (viii) Kalamunda; (ix) Bicton; (x) Mount Lawley; (xi) Albany; (xii) Balcatta; and (xiii) Darling Range? (2) Based on the ‘critical infrastructure projects’ definition used in calculating the figures in the ‘Plan for the Pilbara’ document, what is the spend per-head of population on ‘critical infrastructure projects’ in each of the following electoral districts over the forward estimates: (a) Geraldton; (b) Dawesville; (c) Joondalup; (d) Kingsley; (e) Jandakot; (f) Murray-Wellington; (g) Pilbara; (h) Burns Beach; (i) Kalamunda; (j) Bicton; (k) Mount Lawley; (l) Albany; (m) Balcatta; and (n) Darling Range? (3) Based on the 2017-2018 State Budget what is the spend per-head of population in each of the following electoral districts over the forward estimates: (a) Geraldton; (b) Dawesville; (c) Joondalup; (d) Kingsley; (e) Jandakot; (f) Murray-Wellington; (g) Pilbara; (h) Burns Beach; (i) Kalamunda; (j) Bicton; (k) Mount Lawley; (l) Albany; (m) Balcatta; and (n) Darling Range?

(1)(a) The following table lists the asset investment projects for the Pilbara region over the period 2017-18 to 2020-21, as at 14 August 2017 and as reported by agencies in the Department of Treasury’s asset investment database, which is not audited and may be incomplete. Projects and/or programs that are not located entirely within the Pilbara region (for instance, road projects that cover more than one region) are not included.
