I refer to clauses 34 and 36 of the Regional Forest Agreement for the South-West Forest Region of Western Australia ('RFA') which require the Australian government to report on Western Australia's performance against the milestones and commitments in the RFA and the State's Forest Management Plan, however the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry has published only one such report, for the year 2000, on its website. I ask —
(1) Has the Minister or his department received all reports?
(2) Of the reports the Minister's office or department have received, are they publicly available and if so, where?
(3) If no to (2) —
(a) which reports have been received;
(b) will the Minister table them?
(4) If no to (3)(b), why not?
