I refer to question without notice No. 249 of Thursday, June 21 2001 and the answers provided -
(1) Is the statement ‘I note that the pipeline has been in existence for over 30 years’ correct in respect to the black poly pipeline located on Miscellaneous Licence 26/181?
(2) If not, why not?
(3) Can the Minister explain how the error of marking out Miscellaneous Licence 26/181 by the applicants and the manager KCGM, encroaching on Mrs Meyer-Forsts property can have been ‘inadvertent’?
(4) If not, why not?
(5) Has the Minister or the Department received any complaints of trespass and unauthorised mining by KCGM, Homestake Gold/Normandy Mining employees/contractors on Mrs Meyer-Forsts freehold surveyed property?
(6) If so, will the Minister ensure that all of these complaints are thoroughly investigated?
