I refer to question on notice No. 1513, and I ask: (a) were all of the code yellow emergencies listed in the response to question on notice No. 1513(b) due to a "systems overload"; (b) if no to (a), what was each classification; (c) were any code yellow emergencies issued for the following periods: (i) 2013-14; and (ii) 1 July 2014 to date; (d) if yes to (c), what was the date and location; (e) has the South Metropolitan Health Service issued any equivalent code yellow systems overload/hospital bed crises for any mental health service for the following periods: (i) 2010-11; (ii) 2011-12; (iii) 2012-13; (iv) 2013-14; and (v) 1 July 2014 to date; (f) if yes to (e), what were the locations and dates of each; and (g) for the week preceding and the week proceeding each code yellow or equivalent south metropolitan event, how many patients were released on leave to the care of their families and from which facilities?
