I refer to the development application at The City of Swan (DA-6/2026 - Data Centre) for the site at 14 and 15 Stirling Crescent, Hazelmere, and I ask:(a) have any representatives or employees from Department of Energy and Economic Diversification (DEED) (and/or its predecessor Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation (JTSI)) met with the developer GreenSquareDC and/or its representatives/contractors:(i) if yes to (a), when and what were the objectives of these meetings and the outcomes; and(b) can the Minister please provide copies of any and all communications between DEED (and/or its predecessor JTSI) and the developer GreenSquareDC and/or its representatives/contractors?

(a) Yes
(i) On 31 March 2026, DEED staff attended a meeting with GreenSquare and City of Swan where it was agreed that GreenSquare would provide the City of Swan with formal clarification on several matters relating to the development application.
(b) The Honourable Member may make a formal request through the Freedom of Information Act 1992 to view relevant documents, to ensure the right of third parties to be consulted is upheld.
