Sections 43, 46, 56, 57,74, 80, 81 and 82 of the Transfer of Land Amendment Act 2003 have not been proclaimed. These Sections have not been proclaimed as the regulations providing for the relevant approved forms are still being considered in relation to the legal complexities that arise dealing with subdivision of land and encumbrances over land being subdivided. These proposed forms will need to be the subject of consultation with industry representatives before the Sections can be proclaimed.
