I refer to the urgent need for better supports for people with Intellectual and Developmental Disability with co-occurring mental illness, and I ask: (a) have key documents relating to State-wide policy and service models for people with co-occurring issues been developed; (b) if yes to (a), please table the documents; and (c) if no to (a): (i) when are they due to be finalised; (ii) will they be made publicly available; and (iii) if no to (c)(ii), why not?

(a) Yes.
(b) A Core Capability Framework (the Framework) for working with people with intellectual disability and co-occurring mental health issues was developed by the Western Australian Council of Social Service. Please see tabled paper no. The Framework has been endorsed by the Mental Health Commission.
(c) Not applicable.
