(a - b) The Cook Government announced $1.5 billion for the Building Hospitals Fund, on top of the unprecedented more than $14.3 billion investment in Western Australia’s health system since 2021. Over the past four years, the Cook Government has consistently invested in maintenance funding across the Health Service Providers (HSP).
HSP standard reporting includes repairs, maintenance and consumable equipment. Child and Adolescent Health Service maintenance expenditure was $23,214,000 in financial year (FY) 2020/21, $29,006,000 in FY 2021/22 and $26,489,000 in FY 2022/23.
