(1) The number of
form 12 applications seeking to terminate a tenancy lodged in the Magistrates
Court of Western Australia from 29 March to 21 June 2021 was 1 256.
(2) This question
falls under the housing portfolio and, as such, should be asked of the Minister
for Housing.
