I refer to the investigation commenced by the Government into the circumstances surrounding the recent treatment of Neil Moore, a 12-year-old boy at Kenwick School. (1) Who was appointed to carry out the investigation? (2) Has a report of the investigation been completed; and, if not, what stage has the investigation reached and when will it conclude? (3) Will the report be made available to Mrs Sheila Simons, Neil’s grandmother and legal guardian?
