In relation to emergency services access to buildings, pedestrian access ways and boardwalks within and around the Perth Waterfront project, I ask:
(a) what advice has the Minister or his Department received and/or given regarding emergency services access to the planned Waterfront precinct; and
(b) will the Minister table all advice prepared by his Department on this matter, and if not, why not?
