Could the Minister advise if the Minister and/or any staff member or placement within the Minister’s Office, has had any contact or meetings with Andrew Abercrombie since 1 January 2009, and, if yes: (a) what were the dates of the contact(s) or meeting(s; (b) what form did the contact(s) or meeting(s) take; (c) what was the nature or subject of discussion during the contact(s) or meeting(s); (d) were other people present during the contact(s) or meeting(s); and (e) what were the names of all people present?

(a) - (e) The Minister and his current Ministerial staff have contact with many organisations, companies and individuals in various forums during the course of its business. It is not considered a reasonable or appropriate use of Government resources to provide an answer over a six year period.
Between 1 January 2014 and 22 April 2015, the Minister and his current Ministerial staff have not had any contact or meetings with Andrew Abercrombie related to government business. The Minister and his current Ministerial staff may, from time to time, have had irregular or incidental social contact or contact for administrative purposes only with Andrew Abercrombie. The Minister has no recollection of ever meeting Andrew Abercrombie.
