For each department, agency or statutory authority within the Minister’s portfolios for FY23–24, FY24–25; and the current financial year to date will the Minister please advise, in tabular form: (a) the number of distinct grant or similar funding programs under which money or in-kind support may be provided to persons or organisations outside Government, including (but not limited to) grants, subsidies, rebates, sponsorships, awards, scholarships and other discretionary funding schemes; (b) the name of each program counted in (a); (c) for each such program and financial year, the total amount budgeted or otherwise allocated for that program; and (d) for each such program and financial year, the total amount actually expended or paid under that program (or, in respect of the current financial year, expended or paid to date)?
