The Department of Housing advises:
(1)
One dwelling in Bayswater, two in Bedford, nil in Embleton, two in Inglewood, one in Maylands and one in Morley in 2011-2012.
One dwelling in Bayswater, nil in Bedford or Embleton, one in Inglewood, nil in Maylands and two in Morley in 2012-2013.
One dwelling in Bayswater, nil in Bedford, Embleton or Inglewood, one in Maylands and nil in Morley in 2013-2014.
The addresses and property descriptions are publically available from Landgate.

The Department may purchase properties in the future depending on available funding and specific locations will be based on demand and priorities at the time. Therefore, the Department is unable to provide details on possible future purchases in these particular suburbs.
