I refer to the Premier’s answer to Question without Notice No. 30 on 17 April 2013 that the Independent Market Operator is a regulator that controls two per cent of the electricity market in Western Australia, and I ask:
(a) how was this figure of two per cent calculated;
(b) which part of the electricity market does this represent;
(c) will the Independent Market Operator be retained in the Minister's plans for the Western Australian electricity market after the merger of Synergy and Verve; and
(d) if yes, what is the expected annual cost of the Independent Market Operator in each of the following years:
(i) 2013-2014;
(ii) 2014-2015;
(iii) 2015-2016; and
(iv) 2016-2017?
