(1) Unconditional performance bonds are in place for exploration activities approved for four mining leases associated with the Balmoral South Iron Ore Project.
(2) The amounts of the unconditional performance bonds are:
Mining Lease 08/126; $28,000
Mining Lease 08/127; $44,000
Mining Lease 08/128; $20,000
Mining Lease 08/130; $12,000
(3) The bonds for exploration activities were lodged between March and December 2008 with the former Department of Industry and Resources.
